Great Customer Service
I set up an appointment om the phone with Ashley for a Friday morning move in. She encouraged me to fill out a rapid move in online form before showing up. This way I was able to get $25 off from my move in cost. She offered me directions after double checking if I knew where the location actually was.
Once I arrived she welcomed me and let me see the unit which was indeed on the third floor, but there was a convenient elevator upstairs and moving carts were available. After seeing the unit, we finished up filling out paperwork and I made the first payment. She gave me the keys and she kept one key because I asked her to accept packages on my behalf. That service is free of charge at that location. She had a very positive attitude even though I heard she had a cold or allergy so I appreciated that she did not offer me a handshake.
