The attitude? Unbelievable
So I went down to review the storage space 11/7 had reserved for a move in of the 17th. Now after reviewing he asked for my license and credit card I asked if he was to charge me he stated no, I told him I don’t I’m not funded yet. After I told him the above info he was ready to charge me and explained I’m moving in the 17th. Why did I do this? I don’t know I told you no money and your computer tells you my move is the 17 he wasn’t having it and was upset. Those people need to pay attention he definitely wasn’t busy. You could have shot a cannonball through the place. I didn’t care for the attitude it was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Wrong customer to display towards. Gives me all the reason not to use with that type of attitude, sure you will gain others but you showed a customer of whom could have your bolster business. Write only the truth and give others an opportunity to think before purchase.
