I loved how fast was able to speak to one on the phone after being online. I was able to go n look at unit and all n get it fast

I arrived about 10 minutes before office opened and Jim noticed me sitting in my vehicle and opened the office early which showed me that the on-site management focus is primarily customer service. Having an extensive customer service background I appreciated that. It is refreshing to know there are still people who put customers first. Great job.
