24 hour access, friendly management
The area is a bit funky in between commercial and residential areas, but it is well lit, easily observed from the street and there is a residence 30' from the units. It's secure enough for me. This is an older unit being spruced up, so condition is improving. Gilbert manages the property but his office is elsewhere. He is often at the units during the day and is a pleasure to work with. He returns phone calls. These units are a good value if you are on a tight budget..

No One There
Wasted time reserving a unit, went to the address during office hours to pay but there was no office and no one to be found. Tried both phone numbers with no answer at one and a message that they were busy at another. No call back. Bad area of town. Cannot recommend.
