They were & are great!!! Plus the place was is clean & I really like that I still have 24hr access to my stuff in storage as my work schedual is crazy. Sometimes my days are over 16hrs a day!!!

Simply Storage Burnsville
The customer service is amazing! We really did reserve a unit online in the evening and the very next morning Simply Storage gave a call to let us know it was ready to go. When we arrived we just had a few minutes of paper work and we were ready to unload.

The service here was excellent! The manager was very knowledgeable and professional. He covered everything we needed to know without us having to ask.
dont store here unless you want to call 911
Although their website says they're open 24 hours, it's a lie. I was locked in their gated facility this evening and was forced to call 911 for help. When the manager finally showed up, I was blamed for the entire incident because I should have "known better." I am completely disgusted with how the manager (god help them if he is the actual owner) talked to me like I was some snotty idiot woman. He literally said "lady I'm off the clock, I can talk to you however I want." My husband who is currently serving in kuwait will be giving you a phone call.
