The Guardian Business Center (GBC), is a 70,000 square foot climate-controlled office and warehouse facility, specifically designed for small businesses seeking flexibility, simplicity, and convenience. Lease terms are month-to-month, and all-inclusive.

Simple – Concentrate your efforts on growing your business without being distracted by ancillary issues. Utilities, Wi-Fi, janitorial services and state of the art security is all included for no extra charge.

Efficient – Rent only the space you utilize. You don’t pay extra for tractor trailer height docks, hallways, bathrooms, break room or even items you may have occasional need for like conference rooms, forklift, scissor lift and pallet jacks. *We have even invested in modeling software that will allow our staff to customize your leased space to maximize work flow. In addition, most warehouse units have multiple doors to maximize space usage in all areas of your unit.

Customize – Rent the space you need: spacious office suites of various sizes and warehouse units from 800 - 10,000 square feet.

Immediately available – Our facility is fully operational and same day access is often available upon signing a lease.

Low risk – You may terminate the lease without penalty by giving a 30-day written notice.
