Friendly and helpful staff, great price, and satisfactoray storage space.

The people were really nice. Their bathroom brought back memories of the 80's band Wham and their hit, Rio. It was very clean, and the view was nice.

Great price and service, but no light. : (
So far, I'm satisfied with my experience with Money Saver Gresham. The location is easy to get to and the cost is fair for the size of storage (10x10) that I ended up choosing after being allowed to view both the 7.5x10 and 10x10 units. My only complaint: there is no light inside of the unit (except for the 10x15)! I wasn't aware of this until the day before the movers were scheduled to deliver my stuff and who would think to ask such a question? Guess I'll settle for a battery operated push-light.

Good price - nice people
We are happy with the storage facility and the people were quite helpful. It would have been nice to know about the particular lock that was required before I purchased one ahead of time. The lack of a light would be less of an issue if the ones in the hallway were all lit. Overall we are satisfied.

Pretty simple and clean
Facilities were clean and as described, but up obnoxious stairs. There are no lights in the units, so bring a flashlight. I didn't realize it wasn't 24hr access, so I'm bummed about that. I could smell recent pesticides, which makes in hard to breathe. No reason to toxify all your stored items with pesticides! that stuff doesn't wash off. The customer service person was nice, The check-in was long, tho.

Clean but annoying stairs
This place was clean, and the attendant was nice. My only concerns were the stairs are difficult to navigate to the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is smelled like Raid or pesticides of some kind and gave me a headache. Clean is good, but maybe it doesn't have to be antiseptic to the point of being poisonous. Probably most people don't mind. Oh, no lights in the units. Bring a flashlight.
