Very friendly and great service
The staff was very friendly and we got a lot of reminder emails of our reservation.
Buyer beware
Read everything these guys give you after they explain it because my experience is one of bait and switch. After I got a storage unit and paid by credit card I made sure that I explained that I was not going to be in town so I wanted automatic payment. I guess I should have ready what I signed because apparently they set me up for no statements and no automatic payment. I didn't find this out until a month or two after the next payment was due. Of course at that point the late fees were already racking up. They insisted that I had been called much earlier and received a letter but miraculously only the second letter and call ever made it to me even though they claim they used the same phone number, us mail and email addresses. After I tried to insist that they reverse all the late fees things got nasty. I was told by Heather that her boss routinely refuses to waive anything more than one fee. At this point I'm probably stuck with them all the late fees. Buyer beware with this outfit.
not bad
even if you make a reservation, you will wait for hours at the office just to get your unit... I do not have an issue with anything but the waiting I did and the confusion of the person at the office as well... Other than that, it is a good place to me so far.
Stay away
I rented a unit and on the day I was moving out-I had the remainder of my belongings stolen-the manager was useless. He was very uncooperative. I had water damage to some of my belongings and there are only video cameras to record who goes in and out-not by the units themselves. Also-despite their posted hours-half the time nobody was in the office and I had to wait for an hour or more for them to return.
