4 out of 5 stars. We go in, put our stuff in our unit, lock the door and go out. Nothings been stolen, the place is clean. What more can I ask for? Oh yes one thing, it's way too expensive..... It's an empty space. We pay through the nose for it but we need it. Oh well!

Jim & Laurie @ Golden Storage have been more than helpful from the day one. They are both very pleasant on the phone & in person.

Adequate Plus
Overall great experience with Golden State Storage. Courteous managamnet and employees. Always willing to assist you whenever needed. Storage units are ample for the prices charged. I do believe a discount should be added if more than one unit is rented by same person.

Couldn't be better
Don't go to a franchise storage company when an outfit like Golden State is in the mix. They have been very friendly and highly customer service oriented. These folks know me by name and have done everything possible to make my stay there pleasant and trouble-free, and with very competitive pricing. Try that with the "other" guys.
