good rates, poor service, crab boil?
I am a college student and I rented this storage unit with 2 other students. The woman who helped us refused to calculate whether the student discount would be better than a promotion I brought with me from the internet. I suspect that she knew all along which one was better and encouraged us to make the wrong decision. There was a tornado in the area and we were in a hurry and did not realize we had been ripped off until we got back to campus.The building my unit was in smelled stongly of crab boil.
