Sketchy opening hours
I went by to drop some stuff off during regular business hours and the place was locked up tight. No sign on door indicating what's going on. No one answering the phone. Generic voicemail message providing no information. Corporate headquarters was of no help. Don't rent here if you need access to your stuff!

Sorry, we are open only 360 days a year, we close five days a year,Christmas being one of them, I wish you luck in finding a storage facility open on the national holiday of Christmas. We understand your feedback about our clarity, though, and in the future can post a sign on the front door to let customers know that we are closed for the holiday.

Excellent!! Great location!! Located in the heart of South Beach, very clean and recently painted.

Very helpful and convenient
I booked a tentative online reservation only to find my travel and moving plans had drastically changed. I received courteous but not pushy invitations to extend my reservation as needed. There was no penalty for canceling sat minute.
What a relief to have the option without penalty.
I will definitely use their service when the time arrives.
