Down to earth

There was a mix up in my understanding of my SpareFoot on-line reservation and New Brighton's understanding. The problem was rectified quickly. I encourage others to take their storage needs to this business!
Raised my rent arbitrarily
I'm giving this place only one star because they raised my rent within the first six months I was there. The last place I stored my stuff kept the rent the same over two years and didn't require me to buy insurance. This place does, so expect at least a $9.00 per month extra charge as well.
Great customer service
We recently needed storage and decided to go with Simply Self Storage. The location is great for us and the price was right! Ashley was very helpful and informative and our over all experience with our move in was very good. I would recommend the New Brighton location to everyone!
