CAREFUL!! Does NOT honor Sparefoot.com reservation!!!!!!!
I reserved a unit at this facility, the email stated that I could come there on the date that I requested and fill out the paperwork, etc.
I began receiving a series of phone calls from the storage place saying that if I didn't pay immediately they would not reserve the space for me. I told them about the email I received and they said they would not be able to honor it because their policy is to collect the money upfront. I told them, that is fine, I totally understand, but the email does NOT state that, therefore that is a poor business practice. They then called me back offering to keep the reservation so they wouldn't lose my business. I wasn't sure I trusted that after the headache. I got several phone calls on a Saturday, the day I prefer to spend with my family not on the phone trying to defend a reservation that clearly stated it was reserved for the following week. Needless to say, I decided to go with a different facility that honors their written word.
