GREAT PLACE
First time storage user and looked at several places but BTA defintely beat every other one. Clean facility, friendly people, all over great place. I dont worry about my stuff being there at all.

Great value - great location
We recently moved from Terrell to Rockwall. We've had a storage unit and uncovered parking at a storage facility south of Terrell for the last couple of years. When they raised the rates almost double, I started looking for an alternative. Those in Rockwall County were cheaper but still more than we were wanting to pay. We then found BTA via the internet using sparefoot.com. They are the best value found and still a convenient location. The employees have made the transition a great experience.
