Rock Out To Knock Out Cancer With SpareFoot + UT’s ColorCancer
Join us for a spirited showcase of local Austin musicians, featuring Kirk Baxley and the Red 100’s. We’re excited to be involved as a sponsor for such a fun and meaningful event, hosted by our neighbors at the University of Texas chapter of ColorCancer. This organization fundraises by selling shirts in colors corresponding to different cancers. The funds go to small groups taking action toward various cancer causes and working to effect change.

SpareFoot Celebrates ‘Earth Weekend’ With Local Organizations
The SpareFoot philosophy is all about doing things big, so this year we decided to stretch Earth Day into Earth Weekend. It kicks off with Alternative Transportation Day on April 20, when employees will bike, hike, carpool, or take mass transit to work. In the wee hours of April 21, SpareFeet will rise and shine to garden veggies at local community-supported agriculture co-op Johnson’s Backyard Garden.

Spare Funds Scholarship: $5,000 + Free Storage
This summer, SpareFoot is “footing” the bill for one lucky college student. You could win $5,000 for tuition plus free self-storage— perfect if you need to stash possessions while studying abroad, moving between leases, or just skipping town for the summer. The idea behind SpareFoot evolved from Chuck’s own experience trying to find affordable storage before studying abroad in Singapore.
