I sent my wife up there while I was at work and she said it was a nice place and that the people were helpful and easy to talk to!

The facility has a great outstanding customer service and they offer a drink on a hot day and she was nice and welcome and I have recommended the storage to a friend

I actually had a reservation at another facility but they did not show up for work. After desperately calling this service they located Sitzes closer yo my home. The lady there got me a unit last minute and was very friendly. She definitely is an asset to her company.
