We, the managers at A1 Store It All, Akron, Ohio, (Jamie and David), thank Mr. Robert Simon for being our newest customer. We take great pride in our facility and strive to provide all our customers with the best possible service. When a customer feels that we have failed to meet their service expectations, it is important that they let us know as we are here to help our customers in any way that we can. We are deeply sorry if the recent service that was received caused any hardship and we truly regret any inconvenience or frustration that his experience here may have caused. Mr. Simon's patronage is very important to us and we hope that he will continue to give us the opportunity to serve him. Our regular office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Saturday, and 9:00am to 3:30pm on Sunday, and we will schedule special after hour appointments with any customer when needed. Again, we thank Mr. Simon for choosing our facility for his storage needs.
