When I arrived to fill out paperwork the girl at the counter stopped helping me several times to read and respond to texts on her cell. I estimate I was there twice as long as necessary due to her negligence. On move in day I tried using the second of the 2 garage doors the facility has for parking and unloading bays and was told after attempting to open it that it was not functional. I had to decide whether to wait for the other bay to become free, as it was being used by someone else, or to just trek my stuff the extra unnecessary twenty feet. This may seem petty but when I am paying $72 + tax for storage per month, and I have several friends helping me on their own time, it is ridiculous. After 8 days the facility called me to say they had written the wrong unit number on my lease, and now that I had moved 40 minutes away, they needed me to come down and sign another lease agreement. Overall this place charges way too much for the quality of "service" they have provided thus far, and if I hadn't already move the bulk of my smaller belongings in before the unavailable bay inconvenience, I would have turned around and run.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience. The garage door was hit by a customer and we had the door company out within hours to repair it, but they had to order some parts, delaying the complete repair. Luckily we have two large interior loading bays. We appreciate the feedback and will learn from it and continue to try to provide excellent customer service for our customers.
