I found the customer service wanting. I booked my move in for a date that the facility office was not open, but was not notified that this was going to be a problem. So, I showed up, with a rented truck full of my things only to be told by a maintenance person that there was no way--even on a temporary basis--to move things along; I had to return the next day. I was also told, in no uncertain terms, that this was not their problem and entirely my fault. So, I had to rent the truck for another day and come back the next day which was incredibly inconvenient--as it was a working day--for me and my friend. When I arrived at the office the next day the office staff spent most of her time telling me all the things they weren't liable for and all my responsibilities.Of course I need to know these things, but the approach was all wrong--incredibly unwelcoming. As well, the storage unit was in somewhat poor condition, the door in particular--which rolled up incorrectly, thus depriving me of useful space I was paying for. Given my experience and the approach the people who own this facility take toward customer service, I would not recommend this location to another person. For my part, the only reason I came back at all was due to lack of time and the relatively low price. Places like Public Storage may be more expensive, but the facilities and service are of significantly higher quality.
