I don’t know what to say

Very nice people only problems I have they never received my reservation plus the new lady took like 2 hours to create a account for me plus I went next day to put my stuff on the storage and my suppose to be my storage was lock can’t put my stuff inside the storage so I got to get other storage the was completely empty
