Pam is such a wonderful person,that's the only reason it took so long for me to fill my paperwork out-we chatted most of the time. This has been the best experience I've had renting a storage unit. It was great to be able to reserve the unit-once I got there to sign my paperwork she told me she only had 3 units left to rent. I will definitely use LockTite again in the future and recommend anyone looking for a storage place use SpareFoot to shop around.

Clean, affordable, Nice People!
I had never used a storage unit before, so I was relatively unsure and nervous going into this experience. The woman- Pam- was AMAZINGLY nice and helpful upon my arrival. She quickly got all of my paperwork filled out and got me into the rental truck--- which was also free--- all in less than 15 minutes and gave me some great tips on how to maneuver the truck. We went filled up the truck which made the transfer much easier than taking a million trips with the SUV I was gonna do it with, got back and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was. The rental included a free padlock which was great considering I wouldn't have even known which one to choose at the store. The one thing we were surprised by was that although quoted one rate online, insurance was mandatory to carry. Once she explained the necessity of it and that I would have had to get it somewhere anyways it wasn't so bad and is very inexpensive anyways. My experience was great and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and clean place to store your belongings.
