Customer Service was a little off putting
I liked the climate controlled units, the keyed entry, office was clean and bright. Rep took me around on golf cart and showed me how to get in & out etc. She showed me a 2nd floor unit and since I was only using it for a week, I asked if they had something on 1st floor. She seemed inconvenienced, "I'd have to go back to the office to check, etc". We were at a standstill until I told her I wouldn't take the 2nd floor but would call other storage places to find a ground unit if they didn't have one. Then she checked on her phone and said rheir is one and 1st month is 50% off like this unit was. We looked at it, I agreed to take it. Go back to the office and the other rep or supervisor wasn't pleased with the change either. She talked for a couple minutes (while sitting in front of her pc) about how this was the last 1st floor unit and might not qualify for 50%. I said the other rep already checked and it does. She still tried to warn me it may not until I asked her if she could just look it up. She did and found it did qualify . Makes me wonder if during our debate if I said anything to the effect of..."that's ok I'll take it anyway" if they would have charged me full price for it.
