Didnât seem flexible.
While the person working there was a nice person she sent customers away while she showed me the unit and told them to come back in an hour after they rode the bus. One person on staff, seems horrible to me. I was charged a $15 admin fee, and after all my storage experience I have never been charged a fee for a storage facility doing their job. I asked for an intro discount as most facilities have, got a sorry for a response. Then I was told to use the back entrance to enter and my gate code didnât work. Figuring it would take another hour of my time to get it worked out, I just drove all the way around and entered in the front. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place on principle alone. The feeling I got was not gratitude but how I fit into their world instead of being a customer. But maybe they donât need customers? And my unit was covered in dirt.
