Who runs errands mid morning during office hours!?
Pricing fine. Customer service? REPLACE! Felt like I was inconveniencing the one person working there in an empty room. (And it was 3 different employees i dealt with) Inquired about multiple units and was told to look at it on my own. What??? I donât work here! Move-in day: no employee to be found from 9:45-11:30am super inconvenient considering that I didnât have a lock! All of my belongings SAT unlocked for hours. Previously, I purchased a lock with My Self and was told specifically ânot to open the package because I might lose the keyâ and to WAIT until I moved it for the employee to âwalk me through the locking processâ. Welpâ¦ NO ONE WAS THERE ON THE DAY OF MOVE IN. Another tenant there ask me if they were open yet because he was moving OUT, they still werent. So he had to leave and make time to come back.
Called the phone number on the door and was told they were running errands. How incredibly inconvenient! Next time, schedule your errands OUTSIDE of your office hours. People moving in/out are having long stressful days. Spending hours going to the post office a couple blocks away is not the best use of your service when you work at a storage unit facility. OR why donât you look at the schedule and see if THAT day is the ideal day to send your employee to run errands. Move ins/outs? Probably NOT the best day. You wasted and inconvenienced 3 customers that morning. And I know this because we all stood outside the doors IRRITATED that you pick THAT day, THAT moment to take 2 hours to go to the post office a couple blocks away. Bank, post office, business errands should be taken care of PRIOR to office hours or AFTER. I will not be recommending this place to anyone else. If I wasnât in a bind to store my items, Iâd leave ASAP. Who knows what else will come in the duration of my rental period.
OH. And I called Corporate and NEVER received a call back. Itâs been a whole week. So this lack of service stems from the root of the business. Too bad.
