The lack of security is a bit bothersome, but the price is the cheap!
For the location and price it was perfect! The lack of security doesn't help me feel like my stuff is safe. We aren't going to be there long so I am ok dealing with the security as of now.

Look online, read reviews, call, sign-up...Easy - Positive - Satisfied!!!
I was surprised at how easy and fast it was to locate online, talk to someone and sign up. When we struggled to locate the storage area because we live out of town, we called the office and within just a few minutes a friendly employee was there to guide us in. We are pleased and happy with our unit and the people we dealt with!! The only thing I would suggest is to give more details in telling where the units are located - ie: S on 1000 W, L down a lane across from the Public works offices. (across from the "Sheriff Department" threw me off, I was looking for signs for "Sheriff, not Public...)

Works for short period
There is no locked enclosure to these units , you have to fight off yellow jackets to enter your unit each and every time and your shoes will be caked with goat head thorns so be aware of that.
