friendly, easy, affordable, no minimum months required.

The process is really easy. You call the main phone number and let them know which location you are interested in using, the customer service person give info of how to make reservations, rates and the direct number for the specific location. Right after I got off the phone with the main phone #, the manager of the branch calls and gives more specific info and makes a reservation for you to come in. he even gave me directions on how to get there by train. When I got there, which was early, Daina showed me the storage units. they were friendly, went over the process. I was able to book the unit. Daina and one other person (a guy, can't remember his name) were helpful. It's required to have insurance - I wasn't expecting that but I guess that makes sense since you have a bunch of stuff there. There are two types of storage unit doors:

Swing door: A standard room door.
Roll-up door: Rolls up just like the door on your garage.

Roll-up doors are eight to ten feet wide. Note that there are typically six inches on each side between the unit door and the edge of the wall.

What is 24-hour access?

This means you have the ability to access your storage unit whenever you need to, even when the office is closed.

Do storage units have electricity or electrical outlets?
