Serious customer service!
Let me start by saying, wow! Phil, you are the man. Here's how my great experience started. It's Thursday at about 5:30 and I'm in downtown Charleston and Stockade closes at 6:00, oh and there's a hurricane off the coast too. Lots of rain. I call to see what can be done about the time, because I realized there was no way to get there in time to sign all the paper work before 6. "Well, only one thing to do... I'll just wait for you", Phil says, with a funny pause. I get there at 6:20, fill out paperwork and then get a call from my hired help, "Sorry, it's raining and we just can't make it". I ask Phil if he knows anyone, and without skipping a beat, he calls a friend of his to help me unload my 24ft truck in the middle of a monsoon. He also came back, in the pouring rain, while I was unloading and made sure I had a lock. I did not. He went back and got me one.
I would drive out of my way to use Stockade, as long as Phil was there, anytime.
