I was quite impressed with the quick response and friendly manner of the staff at Devon Storage. I was disappointed with the lady that I spoke to on the Saturday that I placed my deposit as she said she could not find my reservation, though I had two. She also couldn't locate my discount, which I was willing to email her the proof of such. She seemed quite unimpressed with my information, but because of the level of service I received prior, I decided to continue with Devon. I was also put off by the time it took me to check in as Kitty was on the phone most of the time I was there. My check in time could have been 15 minutes shorter or half the time if conversations on the phone and with other customers had been kept to a minimum.
