Everything was good see below with the exception of no lock
There was not a combination lock on the unit as i was told it would be, I reported and want confirmation of that but was told I couldnât get one.

We apologize for your experience when moving-in at our facility. From our records, we show that you asked for confirmation that you would not be charged for the lock which we provided (as we do not charge our tenants for the locks on move-in). I do not see a request for you to receive a lock as we would be happy to do so, complimentary to you. Please reach out to discuss further as we would like the chance to make it right.
