I had an issue, but they worked it out.
I used this place last year and had no problems at all. So i came back this year and had a few mix-ups and miscommunication with an employee, but the manager, John was really nice and fixed the mix-up before i had to pay extra out of pocket. One of the mix-ups was attributed to the fact that they USED to send out paper bills, and now they send out only e-mails. For a dollar extra you can get your bill sent via mail; I HIGHLY suggest doing this, especially if you don't normally receive all of your emails thanks to spam.
