Institutional, sterile, confusing and mean corporate attitude
This company is the bottom of the barrel as far a realizing that their customers are human and do not want to have their storage place operated like a jail facility for your personal possessions.
They have a very vicious "accelerated" charge for anyone who is moving out, and they demand all accounts due on the 1st of the month, YOU CANNOT REQUEST A DUE DATE THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU.
I will only use them temporarily, and after 25 years of renting storage, I am arranging that I will never need them again.

Please understand that we are responsible for over 1200 storage spaces and security cannot be compromised. Customers are given a security code. If a customer is on the facility after hours, it is considered a breach of security. Not having access on a Holiday when we are closed does not make us a "jail". We take our security very seriously and follow all the the protocol within the law. It is designed for the protection of our customers as well as their property.
Our charges are within the California Self Storage requirements. These charges are explained during the move in procedure as well as outlined in your contract. We give each customer the option to agree or disagree. If you disagree, you have the option of not signing the contract. You may always contact us if you do not understand the operations of our facility.
