Customer Service Fail
When I signed up for my 4 units I reserved the Gentlemen was cordial and professional. He really made my sign up fun! The part I have a problem with is when he handed me my papers and said have a good day. I was shocked a tour wasn't offered but rather had to be asked for! Then #2 I was not shown how to operate the security gates or doors.I guess I'am suppose to figure that stuff out on my own being a brand-new customer and have time to play: Where's the gate? Oops wrong one! AND... #3 July 25th 2020 I rented a truck, loaded it and came to move in and COULD NOT ACCESS THE GATE(S) I called on the very next available store hours to only be told 1 of the 4 units is all you have to have access, only one needs to work! AND I don't see any bad numbers or wrong numbers being put in the gate pad.I KNOW MY CODES and I'm out a MOVING truck rental including gas and mileage AND HIRED LABORER wages all because I wasn't shown and assured my CODE(s) worked. Now for Irony all gates are kept open as well as access doors to individual units because the systems is down (I mentioned the key pad being loose when I was reserving my units)!!! When I called to report my issue I was treated like: Go away and was told he would look into it and call me back. That was almost a month ago!!
