I shopped around before deciding to go with Public storage. I was first impressed with the price but when I spoke with the employees and visited the site I was impressed with everything about it! The customer service is excellent and the security is great! I like how secure the facility is, not only coded entry and exit but you cannot use the elevator to access your unit without a code, the elevator won't open and if it does, if you've waited to long to get in and press your floor number it will not move! They have security cameras everywhere and intercom to office staff. I'm very pleased with Public Storage overall.
