Got the size I needed, but they followed up with me anyways.
They had a variety of storage room sizes to choose from. Nice high ceilings and the roll up doors were easy to manage. The only complaints I have are with the floors upstairs. There is a lip/bump in the floor as you get out of the elevator & turn into the hallway upstairs, which is annoying for a woman handling a load of boxes on a hand truck. Also the floors in the units upstairs are wood and either the nails in the floorboards or uneven boards made it difficult to slide a box across the floor, unlike the cement floors in the bottom units.

I watched and heard the mgr
I watched and heard the mgr. promise to vacate the lady upstairs the same day ir next morning then I heard her complaint about termites and mice and them not honoring the timely "vacate" so I do not have any faith or trust in the cleanliness and proper mgmt. practices in Public Storage as a whole.
