Our storage facility in Cotati, CA is clean and safe. We utilize onsite management, where our resident manager actually lives on the property to provide a more secure environment. With 24-hour surveillance cameras and perimeter fencing, we keep intruders out while offering easy access to our customers. All of our units are located on the ground floor, which allows you to park your vehicle at the front door of your rental. Our property is across the street from Outdoor Pro, off of US-101, and near Harley Davidson and Lowe’s. The unit itself is a bit difficult to access, but otherwise ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is convenient

Clean, affordable, secure

The facility is clean, affordable and secure. There was some conflicting information between the sales associates working here - one told us the facility would be open until 6pm on Christmas Eve, another told us 2pm, and when we arrived to move in at 1pm after driving for 4 days straight, they seemed annoyed by the "inconvenience" of being expected to do their job. Overall, though, decent service and nice facility.
