safe secure & down the street from home
I was greeted promptly upon arrival, the sales associate helped me find the best size unit to fit my needs, showed me the unit personally and was very friendly. The unit was a good size and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. When I was finished moving my items in, a fresh cup of coco was waiting for me @ dunkin donuts!

The biggest drawback is that the facility is downstairs with no sort of elevator access. They provide a dolly that handles the stairs well, but it is not ideal. Customer service rep (Jeff I believe his name was) was very friendly and helpful.

we read though the many adds for storage spaces. we selected this site for beimg the closes to where we live. the first thing we found was a storage space that was in a basement. your ad said first floor . problem false advertising. the sales man when asked if there was if water flow was being monitored. he said he did not know and said that for some additional cost I could purchase a separate insurance policy if I desired, or I could add the storage site to my homeowner or renters policy. I felt again unhappy with my choice to rent your storage space. as I looked around there was a security system in place with cameras, magnetic switches on the doors of my storage unit. and electronic lock at the entry to the storage area. the lack of concern by you puts my stored articles at risk. if there was a flood in your storage area that just came in under the door as the result of a hurricane I would have major problem being covered from the damage of this type of water damage. we took your space only because or need for additional storage space was acute and time sensitive. at present your site offers us a quick fix for our needs. so we are here in your facility. both my wife and my self are seniors and we find it difficult to place items in and/or remove items from our FIRST FLOOR STORAGE AREA because of the flight of stairs we have to walk down to get to our storage space. I do not know how you call a space first floor when there are stairs you need to walk down. my understanding of a basement is that it is located below ground level. the first floor is usually located at ground level . it appears that this not your definition of first lfloor.
