Rentals can be completed on-site using our 24-hour self-service kiosk available in all Red Dot Storage Rental Centers. Customer service is available by phone 7 days a week for assistance.
Facilities are gated and require a gate code for access. Gate codes are provided through the kiosk once the move-in process has been completed.
All units will be marked with a wire green tag. These signify that they have been inspected by our Facility Supervisor and are ready to be rented. Green tags are meant to be broken and must be replaced with your own lock. Locks can be purchased in the Rental Center located by the kiosk.
