Poor customer service by the on-site office personnel.
No one in the office for 3 hours on the day I went there to rent my storage unit. And I called ahead of time to let Christopher know that I was coming. I arrived at 2:50 PM and there was a sign on the door that said “will return at 3:00 PM. I waited til 3:15 and then called the phone number which was forwarded to someone who was able to take care of the rental information and my information to secure the unit. I had my home owners declaration paperwork and my round required pad lock. I did get my unit number and gate code over the phone and was able to put some items in my unit. I came back 2 more times as I am close to the facility by 5:15 and there still was no one in the office. I looked in the aisles of the storage facility and saw no one from the office around. I do believe whoever was on office duty was in the living quarters above the office. I was able to take care of giving my drivers license copy and home owners declaration page to someone in the office the next day. Poor customer service as far as I”m concerned. I think someone needs to check up on the on-site office personnel. I would like to hear back from upper management on this matter.
