Stefon & Christopher at Diablo went above & beyond their jobs to help me out of a bad situation. I am moving from Texas to California. I had the moving company take all my belongings and hold them in storage here in San Antonio. They were supposed to keep them for at least 6 weeks. This would give me time to finish up business in TX then drive my RV to Calif. I was supposed to call them when I was ready for delivery in CA. Instead, about a week after they picked up my stuff, I received a call from a moving company driver saying that he has all my furniture on his truck and he will be arriving in Calif the next day....where do I want it delivered tojQuery1110028768021657255366_1450282288769 I was still in Texas! I had to scramble fast to find a storage unit that would be big enough to hold everything and still be near my new home in Bonsall. Fortunately, I found Diablo Mini Storage through an internet site. I called & spoke to Stefon. He went way beyond his normal job to help me with everything, this included walking the path from roadway to storage unit to make sure an 18 wheeler could fit through the gate & reach the unit. He made special arrangements for me to receive all the paper work thru email, sign them, scan them back in and email them back. He even made arrangements to have another unit ready, near by, in case the first one wouldn't hold everything.
The next day, when the moving co. driver arrived, Stefon had the day off but Christopher stepped up and took over where Stefon left off. He even put his own locks on the unit when the driver left.
I could never have handled this move without Stefon & Christopher at Diablo! Thank you very, very much guys!
