They have no one to talk to on weekends when people are actually move.
I rented a storage unit there and my code did not work, still actually does not work, but my payment sure is going through each month. I have been there twice on the weekend because we work and can only go on the weekend and of course was told "it should work this time" of course it did not. So for the second time with a box trailer and 2 truck loads sitting there waiting at the gate with my code not working and no one to talk to but an answering machine. It is a joke that they do not have a live person to talk to. Then I finally find a 1800 number and they can't helpmeet but tell me they will give the office an "urgent" message that we are waiting at the gate.,...at this point we are inside the gate because this kind lady let us in behind her and then we are now stuck in the gate because the person on the help line can't help me with my gate code and let us know that she sent the your office and"urgent" message. Still never a call back. Code still doesn't work. If I hand just moved all of my crap in I would certainly not be using this facility or any Heartland facility in the future and will let everyone Ii know to only go with local because this company does not care about customer service especially when they can't pay someone on a Saturday to answer a phone. By appointment only is a joke. I didn't force my code not working so how was I supposed to know I needed an appointment. Just a pure joke of a company.
