WHY do I HAVE to put something in this space?
When the movers came at 7:30 am to move my things in, there was still a lock on my unit. I was extremely upset by this. I called customer service and was told that she will send the manager a message to get there earlier. They open at 8:30 and when 8:30 rolled around and no one was around I called again. She told me that the manager is in the office and to go there before I have the mover cut the lock. I did. I called the number on the door and it went to voice mail. I went back and told him to cut the lock. As soon as he cut it, the manager came around the corner. I was refunded $30 for the inconvenience (I didn't ask for it and thought it was nice.).
