NO NEED TO BEWARE-BUDGET IS CARING AND GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND-REPLY TO SANDI NEGATIVE COMMENT
Sandi who posted that negative review on our site did so in an attempt to try and get all of her money back. Most storage contracts do not allow for any REFUNDS OF RENTS. I am the owner and i approved a refund of her money when she moved out. There was a $25 fee for processing refund, which was told to her and on all of our documents. She should have been happy with the refund and said thank you because we are not obligated to refund any money to her. Also the delay was because she did not provide us with her new address, and she requested that we send it to her old address, and the postmaster took additional time to forward to her new address. NOTE WE REFUNDED HER MONEY ALTHOUGH SHE WAS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND. We ordinarily would get a thank you for this, but she decided to write on websites and turn us in to the BBB AND the Attorney General Office. To say the least this is a false statement about our business that i would like to clear up. WE CARE ABOUT EVERY ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! Any other storage most likely would not have considered her request at all and she would not have gotten any money back! Sad to see people who take advantage of this system and use it to try and get something more out of a business or person!
