Terrible customer service

My unit was dirty when I went to move in. I reported it and came in Saturday morning where I was greeted by a rude assistant manager who refused to vacuum it for me. She said she would call a maintenance guy to come meet me and clean it. She send me out to wait outside for over an hour and the guy never showed up. She left the store for over an hour and a half and never came back nor answered the phones. She told me she would be back, that she had to drive somewhere and told me to wait for the guy, that she would call him again. She really did not care and was very old disconnected from my situation. I had to vacuum myself a little bit with my own personal vacuum to be able to put my furniture in the unit because it started raining. I already was not able to move on day one because the unit was dirty and I lost the guys that were going to help me and their availability. It has not been a good experience so far. Eric was nice, the guy who rented me the unit, very friendly and professional though. And he was kind. And I have left numerous messages and the “site manager” Dana has not even returned my call.

The isles are not maintained very well outside

Nice facility. Quick friendly service. Affordable prices. The isles outside are not maintained well. There is flooding and the snow isn't removed.

False advertising

This has nothing to do with the location it has to do with your Bate and switch web site. I have got an on line written quote and confirmed by the company for a 10X20 storage unit for my car for $69.95, when I got there even though I had the reservation and descrpition in print I was told there was a mistake and that was for a parking spot out side. The cost for what I was reservered would be $169.95. I looked today and the web site still tells me I can rent a 10x20 storage unit for $69.95. You decide for yourself. The marketing firm that handles all these storage units across the country have not morals.

Bad promotions had to still pay full price for prorated month to get the free months too much work

LIED TO

I WAS QUOTED ON LINE A PRICE AND WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE FACILITY THE PRICE WENT FROM $69 A MONTH TO $169 A MONTH. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A WEB DEVELPOERS FAULT AFTER WAITING A HALF HOUR FOR SERVICE.
