Place is nice people were ok
The place is very nice and clean and I got the type of unit that I requested. I was told by Spare Foot, who I reserved the unit through, that this month would be free and I would only have to pay the admin fee. This was incorrect and I should have been told that the next month would be free because it was the first FULL month free and not the first month. So when I called the storage facility the person I spoke with was somewhat rude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to talk and figure out what was going on. When I asked her to stop interrupting me she got an attitude. So far that is the only complaint that I have about this storage facility and Spare Foot.

A very nice facility, well managed and organized.
I like their business model of not forcing people to do extended leases vs. just month to month and still keep their prices reasonable for various units and sizes. They also give first month off for move-in, and that's generous.
