It is closed to the beach and good price
Best storage experience of my life! Extremely grateful for the referral from another user of this facility.
Friendly staff and "Great Value"!
I found Ayres on the Internet and reserved a unit that was too small but the friendly owner assisted in helping me find the perfect size for my needs. First 3 months at 50% off is great when you have so many other moving expenses!

Great deal for decent storage space, easy to reserve and rent out (my first time), nice people.
This is my first time to get a storage unit. A neighbor complained to the landlord about the stuff in my balcony and storage room so I needed to find an affordable storage unit quickly. Sparefoot found a great deal at Ayres and I was able to reserve a couple of units easily online. I ended up just getting one unit, but the facilities manager placed me where I can have nearby options should I need more space in the future. Ayres isn't anything fancy, but it's decent, it works, it's clean, it seems safe, and it was already a great deal for the price compared to the bigger chain-brands, and simply unbeatable value with the 3-month 50% off promo they had going. Plus there were no surprise fees when I signed up, they didn't try to sell me anything else, and there are no longterm commitments past the first three months which I paid for to get the 50% special. The couple that runs the place are nice and helpful too.
We reserved a unit on the Internet. When we were not able to get there on the day we reserved it I called. The staff was very friendly and held the unit no problem. I had originally had contacted another facility close to our new condo and they would not even hold a unit with a credit card, so I was sold on your facility because they let me reserve a unit over the phone with no money down, and they were very friendly when we had to change the move in date. I will recommend you.
