The 30,000 square foot warehouse that is now Beach Mini Storage of Indian Harbour Beach was built by the Air Force for missiles. When the missile activity was moved to Patrick AFB, the building became a public mini-warehouse facility. It's rock solid and isn't going anywhere ~ concrete foundation, poured interior & exterior concrete block walls, steel girders overhead. It's built at loading-dock height not just for truck access, but flood protection. The facility has three entrances, including two roll-up bay doors tenants use to cart their belongings in and out. Security includes a front entrance with two sets of locking, steel double-doors, each with pass-code protected keypads for 24/7 customer access.
