Disappointed in the branch management
Woman who helped me was clearly stressed about her working environment....she has internet connection issues and even showed me why. She was personable and real ...which I like! Unfortunately, her working environment was not acceptable. Let me explain....I am in the IT field and when she shared a photo of how the cat-5 cables and other cables were a mangled mess.....I completely understood her frustration as she was trying to do the right thing and serve my needs. Not sure who you have doing your IT ....not my business....but to continually place blame in the wrong place is not conducive to customer service.
I would recommend you evaluate the working conditions (mainly the lack of care for properly aligning and installing a course station under the desk). The poor customer service rep (who is monitored by a camera) was distracted by the mess of cords and the order to steer clear of them...which impeded on her time and ability to support her in completing her duties. The Who experience was concerning for her and alarming that she didn’t have the support from an IT perspective to complete her duties without delay. From a business prospective, this doesn’t sound very productive for the company. The rep did her job with style and grace even though she was set up for failure. You as a branch in. A company should be looking at ways to set your customer reps up for success. Please have an upper level manager contact me so I may discuss this.
