Cheap storage, but prepare to buy your lock!
Very bare bones, straightforward storage. About half the price of other storage places in Eugene, it's worth the drive if you don't have a lot of stuff or you have a big truck. The unit I rented is listed as 5'x5' and it is definitely not that big. There were rat poison pellets on the floor, and the walls had many cobwebs - packing everything in closed, sealed boxes is a must!
Paperwork reads like a rental agreement and written notice is required 10 days in advance of vacating the unit. Be prepared to not only pay for the space, but (surprise!!) also buy a lock to lock it with (unless you're smart and have brought your own).
Overall a reasonably secure facility. The space was smaller than advertised, it was dirtier than I would like, and being surprised by having to buy a lock felt kind of ridiculous.
But I guess you get what you pay for, and $20 a month is not too bad.
