When moving in, the doors to get in to the hallways (my unit was indoors) are locked with a keycode, and one they said is not ever really changed. That seemed iffy to me.
We've had a lot of rain so there was mud and debris outside the doors that should have been cleaned up. There was a curb that made it not really possible to roll the flatbed cart (that they provide, which is awesome! just one cart and one dolly for everyone to share though) from the truck to the door, which was an unnecessary nuisance.
Owner lives on-site, so that's nice. Insurance is provided on-site, that's convenient too. They sell disc locks at 2 for $18, so don't buy them on Amazon for $20+ each like I did, ha! (No idea of the relative quality though).
Guy that helped us was awesome!
There are lights lighting the hallways that run on a timer, but none inside the unit (that I had). No electric inside the unit (my 10x10) either, but there were a couple of outlets by the light switch (that was by my unit that I used) so an extension cord could work if you needed it.
I reserved a 10x15 but I called a couple days ahead to make sure everything was set and was told they had none and had to give me a 10x10 and a 5x10 for the same price. That was fine for me, but I couldn't get a refund for the 5x10 I didn't end up using, which kinda sucks.
Some bumps in the road but I got everything I personally needed (get stuff into a unit!) done just fine. None of the issues here would drive me to tell anyone to avoid this place, it was overall a decent experience, but I'm disclosing them in case others may have issues about certain things.
