Best customer service
We reserved online and got a call right away. We would have reserved a unit too small if it was not for her calling us and asking and walking us through! The office was clean and offered extra security measures. Easy in and out accesses. Easy driving in and out of the lot. Perfect for storing a car in the unit. YOU CAN TYPE YOUR CODE FROM YOU CAR WINDOW. In a lot of storage places you have to get out of your car to open the gate but here you can easily roll down your window and type away :)

Budget friendly storage
Hidden gem in Kent. Small problem on day of move-in. There were already locks on my storage unit that were put on by the property for some reason. When we got there with a truck load of my stuff, the person on staff at that time was apparently out to lunch but the sign on the door said they would return at 6. We were panicked and started making phone calls. After 20 minutes and two voicemails we left but as we were leaving my son noticed that we passed the person working there and turned around and caught her. She removed the locks right away and we were able to get in. Turns out she out the locks on the unit herself after doing a lock check. But we were on a pretty tight schedule and this put us behind schedule and as a result, I had to return our rented truck late and had to pay for an extra day. I don't know if there was a communication issue at the property or what but I think I should have been able to get into my unit right away.
